How to make Hyper-V image running under VirtualBox

VirtualBox allows you to run 64-bit guests on Windows 7 (64-bit, of course). When I attached a Hyper-V VHD to VM in VIrtualBox it failed to start with the error message A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
